The Love Offerings Initiative
A Faith-Based Launch to Honor Administrators Across North Carolina
The Love Offerings initiative is the AA’s inaugural act of service…WITH LOVE… and introduction to assisted living administrators and community staff across North Carolina.
As we launch this association, we are reaching out directly to adult care home communities with a simple but meaningful gesture—a love offering—sent as a sign of encouragement, gratitude, and shared purpose.
This initiative is not promotional. It is not transactional. It is an expression of pure and simple love, care, recognition, and faith.
The AA wants you to know that YOU ARE LOVED!
The Heart Behind the Offering
Assisted living administrators and the community’s staff pour into others constantly—often without pause, recognition, or replenishment. The Love Offerings initiative is rooted in the belief that those who serve must also be seen, encouraged, and spiritually refreshed.
Our guiding scripture for the love offering initiative is:
“But whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” — John 4:14
This verse reflects our prayer for administrators and all care givers:
That they would be renewed, not depleted
That their work would be sustained by purpose, not pressure
That they would know their service matters—to God and to the people they serve
Why Are We Launching This Way?
We are launching the Assisted Living Administrators Association for North Carolina with love because every person is deserving of love—not because of what they produce, but because of who they are.
We believe that all meaningful work begins with love, proceeds through love, and is sustained by love. Love is not an afterthought to leadership; it is its foundation.
In a world that often measures success by output, compliance, or performance, the AA chooses a different starting point. We are beginning with a reminder that:
All caregivers are worthy of love, care, encouragement, and dignity
Leadership rooted in love leads to stronger communities
Service without love leads to exhaustion, not impact
Love is not weakness—it is strength, clarity, and endurance
The Love Offerings initiative reflects our conviction that the world—and especially those entrusted with caring for others—needs more love, more compassion, and more intentional encouragement.
As Scripture reminds us:
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” — 1 Corinthians 13:13
This is why we launch with love.
This is why we lead with love.
This is why all that the AA builds will be grounded in love.
This initiative is our way of saying:
“We see you. We honor your calling. You are not alone.”
Looking Ahead
The Love Offerings initiative marks the beginning of the AA’s work across North Carolina.
As the association grows, the AA will prayerfully develop additional initiatives focused on advocacy, education, ethical leadership, and workforce support—always grounded in Christian values and guided by discernment.
For now, we begin simply:
With love.
With faith.
With service.
